Zizania Consulting was founded in 2022 with a focused mission to bring process improvement front of mind in startups and small businesses. In our years of experience, it has become clear that the main focus within growing organizations has been to drive the business forward with new technology and creative marketing, with less focus on strategically organizing the business to optimize the bottom-line.

Mitch Moeller

Founding Consultant

Mitch is co-founder of Zizania Consulting and has held numerous positions in engineering and project management at multiple $10b+ organizations. Previously, Mitch served as the Project Executive for a Nashville based technology startup where he led project management and process improvement initiatives. He believes process improvement, automation in workflows, and data analysis are three pivotal components to internal and client facing success in organizations. Mitch is a graduate of The University of Iowa in Electrical and Software Engineering with a Minor in Business. He also holds numerous certifications, including PMP and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
